Two local museums offer a variety of exhibits for everyone's pleasure ...

Mississippi Valley Textile Museum 

 

Located on the banks of the Mississippi River, this museum is in the former offices of the Rosamond Woolen Company.  The museum features the beginnings of Canada's woolen manufacturing industry, period offices and exhibits highlighting the woolen industry to modern times.  Local area textile artists are featured exhibitors.  Unique gifts are available at the gift shop.   613-256-3754

 

 

Mill of Kintail Conservation Area

 

The Mill of Kintail is known for its beauty and historical significance.  The site features the Mill of Kintail Museum which explores the life and art of Robert Tait McKenzie, the Gatehouse Gift Shop and Tearoom and the Conservation area trails.   613-256-3610
